Property: White monoclinic crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless. It usually exists in the form of dihydrate (the chemical formula is CaHPO₄.2H₂O), which is stable in the air. It will lose crystal water and become anhydrous when heated to 75°C, and it will become pyrophosphate at high temperature. Easily soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute nitric acid, acetic acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol.

Uses: as an enhancer (calcium supplement) and leavening agent, also used in the glass industry.

Packaging: bulk bag, lined with plastic bags or according to customer needs.

Precautions for storage and transportation: It should be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and the mouth of the bag must be sealed tightly to prevent moisture.
